Tonight the UFL held its inaugural “Premiere” Season Draft of the players who participated in the League’s recent workouts in Orlando and Las Vegas.

If there are two phrases/names/things that are relevant to all things important in the world's culture right now, it's pretty obviously: "J.P. Losman" and "United Football League." No, no. Seriously. That's because today, Losman transplanted Tim Rattay as the most relevant non-ex-felon to potentially hop to the new league.

Despite woeful economy, UFL breaks ground on new facility

Executives from the United Football League participated in today’s groundbreaking of the Casa Grande Training Facility & Performance Institute in Casa Grande, Arizona.  UFL Commissioner Michael Huyghue and Las Vegas Head Coach Jim Fassel, along with local and state officials, donned hard hats and ceremoniously broke ground on a modern athletic facility where the UFL will be primary tenant for its “Premiere” season.
