The New York Sentinels play their first of three home games this season as they host the California Redwoods at Giants Stadium.  New York will be looking to avenge a 24-7 loss to California earlier this season, the first UFL win for California Head Coach Dennis Green.

Tampa Bay's rabid pro football base could use a lift from a winner these days.

Maybe the state's lone unbeaten team can lend a hand.

"Tell 'em to come on out and see the mighty Tuskers," running back Michael Pittman urged.

The Florida Tuskers (3-0), basically unchallenged through the first half of the UFL's inaugural season, will face the Las Vegas Locomotives (1-1) Friday night at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. The developmental league's road trip down Interstate 4 comes at a time when the hometown Tampa Bay Buccaneers are idle after getting pummeled 35-7 by New England in London, dropping the rebuilding Bucs — and rookie head coach Raheem Morris — to 0-7, the franchise's worst start since 1985.

Enoka Lucas returned to the starting lineup last week.

Not in an NFL lineup, where the former Oregon center hoped his career would lead after he played his final game with the Ducks in 2006. But he was playing football. There were uniforms, officials, fans. And he was getting paid.
