There has been talk on whether Michael Vick should return to professional football and, more specifically, should he play for the UFL.  The UFL will create opportunities for some NFL players; whether on an NFL roster (practice squad included) or out of the NFL for some reason.  There may be many talented players, including Michael Vick, who have the ability and desire to play in the UFL.  Our mission is to create a family oriented League which will provide all fans with exciting, affordable, and accessible high quality professional football.  Selecting players who fulfill this mission is paramount....

It has been a whirlwind of excitement since we decided to launch the United Football League, an exciting new professional football league scheduled for kick-off in September 2009.
